Claims (1)

に配置し、該第1抵抗R□と第2抵抗R2が予め定めら
れた抵抗温度係数αを有すると共に基準温度において夫
々一定の抵抗値R1o、R2゜を有し、上記ブリッジが

抗R2の温度を第1抵抗R□の温度よりも一定温度ΔT
だけ高く維持するようにしたガス流量検出装置において
