However, with this method, the entire wood tends to become dark colored due to the coloring treatment, and a sufficient effect for clarifying the grain of the wood cannot be obtained.

As shown in Fig. 2, after drying the veneer 2 using high frequency, the veneer (not shown) is placed in a container 3 shown in Fig. 3, and a pigment as a coloring agent is poured into the container 3. A synthetic resin such as polyester resin is poured into the container and impregnated into the veneer inside the container. A sliced veneer impregnated with resin becomes translucent because the spring wood is well impregnated with resin, and opaque because the summer wood is difficult to impregnate with resin. Therefore, there is a difference in transparency between the spring wood part and the summer wood part. In the figure, 4 is a resin inlet, and 5 is an air outlet.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, an adhesive 7 containing a coloring agent is applied onto the base plate 6. At this time, the coloring agent of the adhesive 7 is made to be different from the coloring agent contained in the synthetic resin for impregnation (not shown). Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the aforementioned resin-impregnated sliced veneer 2' is adhered onto the base plate 6. In this adhesive body 8, the spring wood part of the veneer 2' is translucent and the summer wood part is opaque, so the grain of the wood becomes clear and a unique color tone never seen before. This allows the grain of the wood to be expressed. As shown in FIG. 6, the end of the adhesive body 8 is taped with tape 9, and as shown in FIG.
After applying the polyester resin auxiliary liquid 10 to the adhesive body 8 by flowing it down from the tank 12, as shown in FIG. Heat and press. After that, as shown in Fig. 9, the surface of the adhesive body 8 is sanded with a belt sump 11 and 11 (fabric sump), and as shown in Fig. 10,
An undercoat is applied using a roll coater 14. Continuing,
After performing far-infrared drying on the adhesive body 8, actual processing is performed as shown in the plan view of Fig. 11, and as shown in Fig. 12, the surface of the processed product 8' is sanded with a belt sump 11. (finish sump), as shown in Figure 13.
Using a coating machine 14, the surface of the processed product 8' is coated with clear lacquer. Alternatively, it may be applied using a brush. In FIGS. 11 to 13, 16 is the real part. After this processed product is steam-dried, it is sent for inspection, completed, and packaged.

There is no need to add any agent. In that case, the veneer drying before resin casting may be performed by a drying method other than high frequency drying.

As shown in the figure, the group of sliced veneers may be immersed in a bleaching tank 16 using a hanger 15 to bleach the veneers 2 . . . . The slice veneer to be bleached may be chemically dyed in advance. At this time, the spring wood part of the veneer is easily bleached, but the summer wood part is difficult to bleach. Therefore, the grain of the wood becomes clear. In addition, when impregnating colored resin mixed with pigment in a later process, the spring wood part that is easily impregnated with resin is more likely to be colored, and the summer wood part that is difficult to impregnate with resin is less likely to be colored. It becomes possible to color the wood part and the summer wood part in any two colors, and the grain of the wood can also be made clearer.

This invention is characterized by containing a desired coloring agent, and since there is a difference in the degree of resin impregnation between the spring wood part and the summer wood part of the veneer, according to the present invention, the above-mentioned colorant is added to the surface of the base plate. The effect of the colored wood, which is made of a bonded body to which boards are bonded, is that the grain of the wood is made clearer than before. Additionally, since the plywood is coated with an adhesive containing a coloring agent, the colored wood, which is the bond between the dyed veneer and the plywood, has the effect of increasing the depth of the wood grain tone. .
