Abstract

PURPOSE:To equalize an illuminance of the center part and the circumferential part of a composite image by constituting so that an F-number of a lens of the center becomes larger than an F-number of a lens of the circumference. CONSTITUTION:In an elementary lens group 3, an F-number of a lens of the center is made larger than an F-number of the circumferential part. As a result, a composite picture of a uniform illuminance is obtained by limiting the quantity of a light which is made incident to an image fiber of the center. When an aperture variable diaphragm is added to the lens of the center, the F-number can be varied continuously, and the illuminance can be adjusted easily.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Technical Field) The present invention relates to correcting illuminance unevenness between the center and periphery of a composite image, which is a problem in multi-image fibers. The image synthesis multi-image fiber is a device in which a plurality of image fibers are bundled to increase the number of pixels, the subject is divided and transmitted to each image fiber, and the images are synthesized again on the image receiving side.

(Prior art and problems) As shown in FIG. 1, the image synthesis multi-image fiber connects the real image 2 of the subject at a fixed position with the first imaging lens 1 in order to correctly divide the subject existing at any position. The image 2 is divided and transmitted to an image fiber bundle 4 by an elementary lens group 3. Therefore, since the light beam from the image periphery passes around the first imaging lens, the amount of light rays from the image periphery is smaller than that from the image center, and the periphery of the composite image becomes darker than the center.

The present invention limits the amount of light incident on the central image fiber by making the central lens IF number larger than that of the peripheral parts in the elementary lens group 3, thereby obtaining a composite image with uniform illuminance.

By adding a variable aperture diaphragm to the central lens, the F number can be changed continuously, making it easy to adjust the illuminance. This is achieved by adding a variable aperture diaphragm to the central lens of the elementary lens group, as shown in FIG.
