【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は事務用ファイルに関するもので、特に薄合皮樹
脂板にて構成するファイルの表紙に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an office file, and particularly to a cover of a file made of a thin synthetic leather plate.
従来、例えば表側に透視性のある表紙で、裏側に不透視
性の表紙で構成したファイルを製作するときは、裏表紙
および背表紙を不透視性の合成樹脂薄板で一体に形成し
、この不透視性合成樹脂薄板の表表紙側に折込んだ端部
に本表紙となる透視性合成樹脂薄板の端部を重ね合わせ
、ここを溶着するようにしていたため、当該溶着個所が
隆起した状態になり、体裁上の欠屯となっていたばかり
でなく、使用中にこの重ね合せ個所が切離してしまう欠

本考案は、このように、不透視性の脅威樹脂薄板から成

同材質の透視性の合成樹脂薄板から成る本表紙２の切端
面を衝き合わせた衝き合わせ部３の上面に、前記裏表紙
の背表紙部１′および表表紙部１″を被包する見出しカ
バー４の表端部４″を載置し、この載置個所を偏着して
成ることを特徴とするものであるため、表紙の全体を裏
表紙と本表紙と見出しカバーとをいずれも同一性質の合
成樹脂材にて構成することによって裏表紙部と本表紙部
とを衝き合わせた状態で接着固定することができ、これ
は上面の見出しカバーの介在で三部分の材料が同時に溶
解することによって実現したのであり、この接合個所が
平滑面に形威し隆起状態が解消したから、使用中に接合
が切離れるようなことは全くなくなり、しかも表紙上の
体裁が良くなり、表裏両面で透視性・不透視性の合成樹
脂材をそれぞれ使ったファイルを大量に製作することが

衝き合わせ部３の上面に、前記裏表紙の背表紙部および
表表紙部を被包する見出しカバー４の表端部４″を載置
し、この載置個所を固着６して成ることを特徴とする事
