    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 蓋３の頂壁中間部に可撓ヒンジ４を設けて半部３ａを固
    定蓋に、半部３ｂを開閉蓋とし、かつ垂下周壁５に、可
    撓ヒンジ４部から固定蓋３ａ側に斜めに切込み６，６を
    入れて開閉蓋３ｂに固定蓋３ａ側に延びる係合脚７，７
    を形成し、一方容器体１の両側外面に、開蓋時前記係合
    脚７，７を乗越えさせてその戻りを防止するかえり防止
    用突子２．２またはその相当部材を形成した蓋付き容器
    。
