本案はテープレコーダにおける磁気ヘッド取付装置に関

一般に磁気ヘッド取付装置は第５図に示すようにテープ
ガイド８と共に磁気ヘッド１をヘッド取付板２に固定し

め止めした段ねじ５に取付ねじ４をもって取付け、他方
の端部を上記取付基板３にかしめ止めした他の段ねじ６
に弾性ばね１５を介して取付ねじ７をもって取付けたも
のであり、上記取付ねじ７により磁気ヘッド１の磁気テ
ープに対する高さや接触角度を調整するように構成して

に構成したものであり、取付基板に金型の抜き穴を形成
して上記取付基板に突状係止部、弾性ばねをそれぞれ一
体に形成しているため、これらの突状係止部、弾性ばね
をそれぞれ取付基板に容易に一体に形成することができ
、全体として部品点数が少なくなり、その組立てが容易
