に排水管を縦設し、かつ、前記屋根部材の流下縁に沿わ
せて、前記建物の外壁に暖気室部を形成し、該暖気室部
内と前記屋根部材の流下縁の開口縁部とを連通形成し、
該暖気室部内に温風パイプを内装し、該温風パイプに噴
出孔を形成し、さらに、該温風パイプに温風源を接続し
