、ネジ2でこれらを締めつげる。この様な構造において
は、薄板リング4や薄肉ソバつきパイプ5の材質が、ゴ
ム、樹脂、高分子材料、黄銅、ステンレス等の材料であ
るために、蝶番内にあらかじめ配設してから蝶番とつる
とのロー例作業を行うと−ロー付時の熱影響により、薄
板リング4や薄肉ソバつきパイプ5が溶融ある(・は、
溶着してしまう欠点があるが故に蝶番とは別個の単体部
品として構成させ、メガネフレームの完成組立工程の段
階で蝶番内にピンセット等の道具を使用して配設する方
法がとられている。

使用しても同様の効果が得られる。

ガネ加工が容易に出来るために、メガネ加工業者に生産
性の優れた蝶番を提供出来、又耐摩耗性に優れた蝶番の
ために長期間使用しても蝶番部の焼付き、ユルミによる
バタつき等の生じない極めて良質のメガネフレームを消
費者に提供出来るために工業的価値の非常に大きい蝶番
である。
