この発明は従来のポンプではグランド型、円板’Jl、
v型、ui等のシールがピストン、或は、回転軸に対し
垂直に押し付けられているので摩耗が多く、且つ、高圧
に対して摺動抵抗が大きいので、性能の良い高圧ポンプ
が得られなかった点を改良し、軸に平行な円筒形シール
を軸に平行な方向に押し付けて、摺動抵抗を少なくして
シールを行い、高圧にも耐えるポンプを提供するための
ものである。これを図によって説明すると、第1図は往
復動のポンプの1例について示しであるが、外筒シリン
ダー1内に内筒ピストン2が方向15に往復運動を行い
、人口3から逆止弁5を通してシリンダー空間14に入
った流体を逆止弁5、通路6を経て吐出口4に圧し出す
。シール部には円錐形をした漏斗状のシールガイド8に
可変形、円筒形シール10カバネ12、ガイド13によ
って押し付けられ、円錐面の作用で漏洩間隙28に押し
込まれるので、シールガイド8とピストン2の間の間隙
28を密封し、シールガイド8とシリンダー2の間はシ
ール9、押えフランジ7によって密封することが出来る
。このとき、孔11をガイド13、シール10等にあけ
ておけばシール10は軸に平行な方向の力だけを受ける
様になる。第2図は回転ポンプの場合を示し、ローター
17がモーター19、ベアリング20゜軸18によりス
テーター16内で回転し、人L15より入った流体を出
口26から圧し出す。この場合も前述の往復動のポンプ
と同様に漏斗状のシールガイド24に円筒形可変Jレシ

Claims (2)
