Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of machined burr or strain to the accuracy of an inserting hole of a rotor by coupling adjacent poles by a stepdown portion from the inner periphery of a pole shoe, securing the poles to a stator yoke and then delecting the coupling part. CONSTITUTION:Four poles 8 are coupled with each other at portions 8a' stepped down from the inner peripheral surface of a pole shoe 8a at both sides of the pole shoe 8a. A stator yole 9 is formed substantially in a rectangular frame shape, and the opposite ends of the shoes 8a of the poles 8 are pressfitted fixedly in the state that the four poles 8 are coupled with each other with a recess formed at the inner side. Then, the portion 8a' for coupling the four poles 8 secured to the yoke 9 is separated to comlete the stator.

The stator configured as described above has the ball shingle part 2a.
Part 2, / is separated by post-processing, and the state shown in Figure 2 is completed. In the stator 1 completed in this way, each of the four magnetic poles 2 is independent, so leakage flux to adjacent magnetic poles is reduced, and a highly efficient electric motor can be provided. In the configuration, when separating the part 2a' of the ball shingle part 2a, as shown in FIG.
As can be seen, machining cracks and machining distortion occur on the inner circumferential surface, and as a result, there are problems in that it is difficult to maintain the accuracy of the rotor insertion hole 6 and the rotor (not shown) does not rotate smoothly. Ta.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, the present invention provides a method of press-fitting a stator core in which adjacent magnetic poles are connected at a stepped portion from the inner circumferential surface of a part of the ballsche into a stator yoke. This method of manufacturing an induction motor stator is characterized in that after fixing, the connecting portion provided at the stepped portion is removed, and the portion connecting each magnetic pole is stepped from the inner circumferential surface of a part of the ballsche. By providing it in the fallen part, machining cracks and machining distortions that occur when the connecting part is removed do not affect the accuracy of the stator insertion hole, which is highly effective.
