軸方向へ摺動可能に挿通して同ラックバ−のラック歯を
前記シリンダハウジング内に臨むピニオンギヤに噛合さ
せるとともに、前記シリンダハウジング内に前記ラック
バ−に設けたピストンにて左右両油室に区画されたパワ
ーシリンダを形成し、かつ前記ラックバ−の両端部に左
右一対のタイロッドを連結してなるラックピニオン式動
力舵取装置において、前記シリンダハウジングの両端開
口部に左右−・対の筒状のスライダを前記シー リンダ
ハウジングに対して液密的かつ軸方向へ所定量摺動可能
に嵌挿し、かつ前記両スライダ内に前記ラックバ−の両
端部を液密的かつ軸方向へ所定量摺動可能に挿通して、
同ラックバ−と前記両タイロッドとの連結部を前記両ス
ライダ内をそれぞれ出没可能にしたことを特徴とするラ
