。第6図は衝撃により先端ノズル部分が本体ノズル部分
から離脱する状態を示す断面図である。

Claims (1)

ットにより両ノズル部分を一体に結合すると共に上記双
方のテーパー面には電流が停止するとレーザ光線の照射
ヲ停止するようにロボットはに設けた安全装置の電流制
御端子を上記両ノズル部分の結合状態においては相互に
対向接触して通電状態を保持し、両ノズル部分の分離状
態においては離隔して通電を停止するように設けてなる
