PURPOSE:To prevent re-evaporation or generation of offensie smell of drain reserved in a drain pan by conducting the drain discharging device forcibly by a time limit relay for a predetermined period of time when the operation of the air conditioner is stopped. CONSTITUTION:The time limit relay T, operating for a given period of time after conduction, is connected to the contact (b) of an operation switch SW controlling the air conditioner. A drain pump motor PM, constituting the drain discharging device, is connected to an electric source in series with a float switch Fs, being connected or disconnected in accordance with the level of the drain Y in the drain pan D, while the contact Ta of the time limit relay T is connected in parallel with the float switch Fs. ン水の再蒸発や悪臭などの発生がない。また、ドレン水
をドレンパンの低水位で停止させておくことにより、再
運転時排水装置への通電が少なくなり無駄な運転を防ぐ
効果が得られるものである。
