The asphalt mixture is conveyed from a hopper to a bar conveyor and spread to a predetermined width with a screw auger, and is compressed and leveled to a uniform thickness. The asphalt mixture used for pavement is a wear-resistant asphalt mixture because spiked tires or chains are used, but compared to ordinary asphalt mixtures, this wear-resistant asphalt mixture has less asphalt mixed in. Large quantity and strong viscosity.

A tamper 16 is disposed between the screed 9 and the tamper 16, and the tamper 16 is rotated by an eccentric shaft 7 by a drive device 6.
Since the asphalt mixture 4 is installed in a vibration generating device such as the above, and is applied with vertical vibration to compress the asphalt mixture 4 spread in the width direction, it is difficult to secure a large area under the tamper, and it is inevitable that Therefore, the surface pressure of the face must be increased, which may cause the generation of craters due to slack and insufficient density, and the formation of sand on the sliding surfaces of the tamper 16, the strike-off plate 15, and the screed 9, and on the tamper edge. There are problems such as accelerating abrasion of the bog running surface due to loose aggregates being caught, and causing scratches on the paved surface.Furthermore, the strike-off plate 15 and the screed 9 are separated by the tamper 16.
Heat from the screed part is not sufficiently transmitted to the strike-off plate 15, and material (asphalt mixture) adheres to the strike-off plate 15 and tamper 16, causing scratches, etc. (cracks, surface scratches, etc.) on the leveled surface (paved surface). ) are also likely to occur and cause pavement troubles.

のである。This invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and by integrally configuring the gusset bar and the strike-off plate, the entire surface of the tamper can be expanded substantially, and the screed and the strike-off plate can be separated from each other. The above-mentioned problems are solved by configuring the screed so that the heat within the screed is sufficiently transferred to the strike-off plate.

After being cut to a uniform thickness (ΔX) and subjected to cross-pressure, it is finished with a screed 9.

There is hardly any catching or the like.
