ブレードが上記空気排気口をふさぐ位置まで回転すると
停止するように上記シリンダ内に配置され、上記回転ブ
レードの回転軸の一方端は上記シリンダの底面を貫通し
て下方外部に突出していて”   この突出部にピニオ
ンが=体的に取付けられ、このピニオンの回転運動を直
線運動に変換する一対のラックを設け、このラックに、
ロボットハンドとなる一対のフィンガーと、上記ノズル
からの空気供給が停止したときに上記回転ブレードを元
