Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A parts feeder that conveys a projection nut with legs protruding from the bottom corner, in which a wiper is arranged in the feeding path of a spiral track to allow only the projection nut in a normal posture to pass through. The spiral track following the attitude control section is provided with a front and back sorting section having a sorting protrusion projecting thereon which is hooked to the leg of the projection nut. The truck is provided with a sorting path that slopes downward toward the inside, and is also provided with a large and small sorting section on the inner peripheral side wall of the sorting path with a sorting measuring plate that allows only small projection nuts to pass through. A large parts sorting passage is connected to the sorting passage, and a small parts sorting passage is connected to the receiving plate provided on the inner periphery of the sorting port of the sorting and measuring plate. A parts feeder characterized in that a large parts supercharging prevention passage and a small parts supercharging prevention passage are formed at the ends of the sorting passage and the receiving plate, respectively, to allow excess parts to fall.
