Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect gas leakage between gas flow detectors by providing more than one pair of gas flow detectors in gas piping then comparing the outputs from said detectors through a comparator. CONSTITUTION:A pair of gas flow detectors 8 are provided in the way of piping 2 to connect said detectors 8 and a comparator 10 through signal line 9. Since different signal is fed to the comparator 10 upon leakage of gas between gas flow detectors 8, it can be detected quickly.

までガスが供給され、このニードルパルプ5によシ絞ら
れた流量が、ガス使用部6に到達するという、システム
になっていた。
