Conventional washing machines of this type have a structure in which a predetermined amount of water is injected into the balance ring and the ring is sealed. However, with this structure, the initially sealed liquid is used as is for a long period of time, so it is necessary to ensure a reliable sealing structure. However, it is necessary to prevent liquid leakage, which has the disadvantage of increasing costs, and even if this method is used for a long period of time, liquid leakage is likely to occur due to deterioration of the seal, etc., and the amount of sealed liquid decreases due to this. There was a problem that the balance effect was impaired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to be able to store a certain amount of new water in the balance ring each time the rotating tank rotates, and to make the balance ring a sealed structure. It is also used as a dewatering device, which is unnecessary and does not require much consideration to prevent water leakage. In addition, it has a strong structure and there is no need to improve the strength of the balance ring by reinforcing ribs or thickening. There is a washing machine provided.

When the hawk azusa blade 15 is rotationally driven by the hawk azusa shaft 16 during operation for detergent and rinsing, a pump 26 is integrally driven with the hawk azusa blade 15.
The blades 29 rotate, and the water in the rotating tank 13 is sucked into the casing 28 through the suction passage 30 and the hose 32, and the water is transferred to the balance ring 17 through the water conduit pipe 33 and the water injection pipe 34.
The water is supplied into the water storage chamber 22 of. In this way, water storage chamber 2
The water supplied into the chamber 2 is first stored in the water storage chamber 22,
When the stored water level reaches the water level shown by A in FIG.
0 into the casing 28 of the pump 26, and so on. The filter 36 captures lint and the like from the water overflowing from the storage chamber 22 into the rotary tank 13 through the group of overflow holes 35 and purifies the washing water. Now,
When the washing operation is completed, the dewatering operation is performed next and the rotating tank 1
3 is rotationally driven, a certain amount of water stored in the water storage chamber 22 as described above during the washing operation is pumped up along the outer circumferential wall 18a of the inner ring 18 by the rotational centrifugal force and flows into the gap 24. It moves into the balancer chamber 23 via. In addition, thread shoulders and the like caught in the filter 36 during the washing operation are separated from the filter 36 due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the rotating tank 13, and are taken advantage of by the water moving from the water storage chamber 22 into the balancer chamber 23 as described above. and is removed to the balancer chamber 23. The water that has moved from the water storage chamber 22 into the balancer chamber 23 is caused by the rotational centrifugal force to move to the outer ring 19 as shown in FIG.
is pressed against the outer circumferential wall 19b of the rotary tub 13 and flows so as to collect more laundry on the side opposite to the side where the laundry is unevenly distributed in the rotary tub 13, thereby correcting the unbalanced state of the rotary tub 13, thereby bringing the balance of the rotary tub 13 into balance. To enable smooth rotation while maintaining the In this case, the flow of water within the balancer chamber 23 is appropriately regulated by the protrusion 38 acting as a resistor.
On the other hand, the water in the rotary tank 13 is pumped up along its inner circumferential surface by the zero force accompanying the rotation of the rotary tank 13, and is discharged into the water collection chamber 3 from the dewatering hole 14, and is then discharged into the water collection chamber 3 through the drain port 39. It is discharged outside the machine via the hose 40. And rotating tank 1
After most of the water in the machine is drained, the laundry is dehydrated, and the water is discharged outside the machine in the same manner as described above. When the dewatering operation ends and the rotating tank 13 stops, the balancer chamber 2
The water in the balancer chamber 23 flows out from the water drain hole 37 (see FIG. 5), and the thread shoulders and the like that have been removed into the balancer chamber 23 are also discharged together with the water flowing out from the water drain hole 37. As described above, according to this embodiment, a new fixed amount of water can be stored in the water storage chamber 22 of the balance ring 17 each time the rotating tank 13 rotates, so that it is different from the conventional liquid-filled balance ring. There is no need to have a sealed structure like that, and there is no need to consider liquid leakage during long-term use.
Even if there is a gap in the joint portion between the outer ring 8 and the outer ring 19, there is no functional problem, and the overall structure is simple and inexpensive.

By the way, the balance ring is attached to the water storage chamber 2 as in this embodiment.
If the chamber is not divided into the balance ring 2 and the balancer chamber 23 but is made into a single chamber, the water drain hole 37 described above cannot be provided because it will impair the water storage effect of the balance ring, and the rotating tank will stop rotating. However, water remains in the balance ring, so if water is supplied to the balance ring by a pumping device especially during rinsing, there is a risk of the stored detergent spilling out and contaminating the clean water in the rotating tank. causing inconvenience.

However, in this embodiment, the balance ring 17 is divided into the water storage chamber 22 and the balancer chamber 23, and the balancer chamber 23 is provided with a drain hole 37, so that the water in the balance ring 17 can be drained every time the rotating tank 13 is stopped. There is no problem that the detergent liquid overflows into the rotating tank 13 during rinsing. Furthermore, a partition wall (in this embodiment, the outer circumferential wall 18a of the inner ring 18) is provided in the balance ring 17 to separate the water storage chamber 22 and the balancer chamber 23, resulting in a so-called triple wall structure, which improves structural strength. This eliminates the need to provide additional reinforcing ribs or increase wall thickness to improve strength. That is,
When concrete is poured into a balance ring and used as a balance weight, the strength of the balance ring itself is not so much of a problem because the concrete itself is a rigid body and the concrete itself can receive the far-D force that acts when the rotating tank rotates. However, in devices that use liquid, all the centrifugal force acting on the liquid is applied to the balance ring, so reinforcing ribs have been provided or the wall thickness has been increased in order to improve the strength of the balance ring. There is no need for this, and it is possible to improve moldability and reduce the amount of material used. Furthermore, according to this embodiment, unlike conventional liquid-filled balance rings, there is no need to store the balance ring 17 in water during shipment as a product, so the weight of the washing machine as a whole is reduced and packaging is simplified. It is possible to aim for

Further, as in the embodiment, if the filter 36 is provided on the inner circumferential wall 18b of the inner ring 18 so as to cover the overflow hole 35, lint etc. can be captured from the water overflowing from the overflow hole 35, thereby purifying the washing water. At the same time, thread waste and the like captured during rotation of the rotary tank 13 can be removed from the filter 36 by centrifugal force, and the number of times the filter 36 is cleaned can be reduced.

Note that if the diameter of the overflow hole 35 is made small, the overflow hole 35 itself will function as a filter, so there is no need to separately provide the filter 36 as described above. In addition, the water flowing part is not limited to the overflow hole 35 as in the above embodiment, but also the upper half of the inner circumferential wall 18b of the inner ring 18, as shown in FIG. 6, which shows the same parts in FIG. (corresponding to the part where the overflow hole 35 is formed in FIG. 2) may be cut out and used as a water flow part. In this case, the filter 36 is provided with the upper half of the cut inner peripheral wall 18b. That's fine. Further, in the above embodiment, the rotary tank 13 is disposed inside the outer tank, but a water receiving tank is suspended inside the outer box, and the water receiving tank is used as an outer tank, and the rotating tank is installed inside the outer box. It may be arranged so that water is stored not only in the rotating tank but also in a water receiving tank.

As explained above, the present invention allows a certain amount of new water to be stored in the balance ring each time the rotating tank rotates, thereby eliminating the need for the balance ring to have a sealed structure and preventing water leakage. There is no need to make watertight purchases so strict, and the overall structure is simpler, and the water in the balance ring can be removed every time the rotation of the rotating tank is stopped, allowing dirt in the balance ring to get mixed into the washing water. It is possible to provide a dehydrating/washing machine which has various effects, such as not having to be addicted to it, and furthermore, the strength of the balance ring is inherently strong due to its structure, and there is no need to provide a separate reinforcing structure.
