ンベア上に達する案内部材を設けたことを特徴とする魚
体の分割切断処理装置に係るものであるから、魚体供給
機構の下方に魚体分割切断処理機構及び魚体分割片搬送
コンベァを厭次配設しているので、空間を立体的に利用

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 1 魚体を輪切り状に切断すべき間隔毎に複数枚の円形
板を回転軸に固着してなる回転ドラム体の外周に所定間
隔毎に断面樋状の魚体受溝を設け、この回転ドラム体の
上方に前記魚体受溝に魚体を順次供給する魚体供給機構
を配設すると共に回転ドラム体の下周部に近接して搬送
コンベアを配設し、さらに前記回転ドラム体の回転方向
に沿つてその上周部一側に魚体の頭部切断用円形回転カ
ツタを設けると共に該カツタから下方に適宜間隔を存し
て刃部を前記回転ドラム体の隣接する円形板間に挿入し
た複数枚の魚体胴部切断用円形回転カツタを並設し、こ
のカツタと前記頭切断用円形回転カツタ間における回転
ドラム体の一側に魚体の頭部切断端面に対向して内臓吸
引ノズルを配設すると共に回転ドラム体の各円形板の外
周に沿つて下端が前記搬送コンベア上に達する案内部材
を設けたことを特徴とする魚体の分割切断処理装置。
1 Fish body receiving grooves with a gutter-like cross section are provided at predetermined intervals on the outer periphery of a rotating drum body, which is made up of a plurality of circular plates fixed to a rotating shaft at intervals at which the fish body is to be cut into rings. A fish body supply mechanism is disposed above to sequentially supply fish bodies to the fish body receiving groove, and a conveyor is disposed close to the lower circumference of the rotary drum body, and a conveyor conveyor is disposed in the vicinity of the lower circumference of the rotary drum body. A circular rotary cutter for cutting the head of a fish body is provided on one side of the upper periphery, and the blade portion is inserted between adjacent circular plates of the rotary drum body at an appropriate interval downward from the cutter. Circular rotary cutters for cutting the fish body are arranged in parallel, and a viscera suction nozzle is arranged on one side of the rotary drum body between the cutters and the circular rotary cutter for cutting the head of the fish body, facing the cut end surface of the head of the fish body. An apparatus for dividing and cutting a fish body, characterized in that a guide member is provided along the outer periphery of each circular plate of the fish body, the lower end of which reaches above the conveyor.
