時に於けるエンジンが完全に自刃回転に達するまでの期
間に於いては、遅延リレーの制御によりエンジンとプロ
アファンの連結を断として直流モータによりプロアファ
ンを駆動し、エンジンが自刃回転に達したならばプロア
ファンをエンジンに連結して回転させることを特徴とす
