噛合する歯車７及びこれと一体で前記歯車４に噛合する

支するとともに、同クラッチ軸８の上下の同クラッチ軸
の軸心からずれた位置から突出する補助軸８１．８１を
軸受９．１０に回転自在に枢支し、この補助軸８□を外
部操作により回転させることができる手動装置１１を設
