に係る高周波コイルの整合回路の一実施例である。 図において、１は高周波コイル、Ｃ２，Ｃ３は整合コン
デンサ、５はバラン形成用同軸ケーブル、６は同軸ケー
ブルを使用した広帯域変成器、７゜８．９．１０は同軸
ケーブル、１１はフェライトコアである。各図中の同一
符号は同−又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）高周波コイルに接続される整合コンデンサと、こ
    の整合コンデンサ、および前記高周波コイルに高周波電
    力を供給する電源回路に接続され、電源回路の出力イン
    ピーダンスを低下させる才゛ンピーダンス、変換器とを
    備えた高周波コイルの整合回路。
  2. （２）インピーダンス変換器が複数の同軸ケーブルを並
    列接続して溝成されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の高周波コイルの整合回路。
