持される内環部、同内環部の外周面より外径方向に突出
して中空に形成され上記内環部に連通ずる複数のスポー
ク部、及び中空円環状に形成されその内周面を上記スポ
ーク部の外端に接続し上記スポーク部に連通されると共
に外周面をトレッド面とする外環部を備えたことを特徴
