In light of this situation, optical disk devices and magneto-optical disk devices that use laser light to record and reproduce information without contact have been put into practical use, replacing the conventional contact magnetic recording method. In the future,
It is expected that it will be used in more and more fields.

FIG. 1 is a top view of a conventional information recording disk, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the same information recording disk, in which 1 is an acrylic resin 9. A disc made of a transparent material with good transmittance to laser light, such as polycarbonate resin or glass, 2
1 is an information recording layer formed on the disk 1 by vacuum deposition, sputtering, etc., leaving the outer and inner peripheries, 3 is an adhesive that joins the two disks 1, and 4 is recording information. In an information recording disk with such a structure, the information recording layer usually has a concentric or spiral guide track for the laser beam, and a large number of minute irregularities. Because of the presence of the information recording layer, the two discs are relatively strongly adhered, whereas the inner peripheral part 1 without the information recording layer
2 and the outer circumferential portion 13 are bonded to each other on a flat surface with no irregularities at all, so they have a drawback in that their adhesive force is weaker than that of the information recording layer portion.

It also had the problem that it was short and its characteristics deteriorated significantly over time.

問題点も有していた。In addition, when holding an information recording disk in your hands, if you hold the surface of the disk corresponding to the information recording layer, fingerprints will prevent information from being recorded or reproduced. , it is held in such a way that the inner circumferential part and the outer circumferential part are sandwiched between them. Therefore, if the outer peripheral part 12 and the inner peripheral part 13 remain transparent, dirt such as fingerprints will be noticeable on the inner peripheral part and the outer peripheral part of the information recording disk. Since an opaque label is usually attached to the inner circumference, it is relatively inconspicuous, but since the outer circumference is completely transparent, it is particularly noticeable. As described above, there were also problems in terms of appearance.

By joining them together and making the outer periphery semitransparent ground glass, the adhesive force between the two disks at the outer periphery or the inner periphery is strengthened, and it is made more difficult for moisture to enter from the outside, thereby preventing information. This prevents characteristic deterioration of the recording layer due to oxidation, and furthermore, makes stains such as fingerprints caused by handling less noticeable.Description of an Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

There are minute irregularities 1 in the shape of a square pyramid as shown in Figure 6.
A large number of 6 are formed over the entire circumference of the disk 1.
The two information recording layers 2 are pasted together with adhesive 3 facing each other, and a label 4 for writing recorded contents etc. is pasted on the inner periphery of the side where the information recording layer 2 is not provided. , an information recording disc.

It can adhere strongly to surfaces with many minute irregularities. In addition, the path for moisture to enter from the outside is not linear but complex, making it difficult for moisture to enter. Furthermore, the inner circumferential portion and the outer circumferential portion look like semi-transparent ground glass when viewed from the outside due to the large number of minute irregularities provided inside.

発明の趣旨をまぬがれるものではない。In the above embodiment, the disk is made of acrylic resin by injection molding, but the material is not limited to this. For example, the material may be polycarbonate resin, glass, or a laser beam for recording and reproducing information. Any material may be used as long as it transmits more than a certain percentage of the UV rays, and the manufacturing method is, for example, by pouring an ultraviolet curable resin between the stamper and the base material, curing it with UV rays, and then connecting the base material and the cured resin. A method of integrating and peeling off from the stamper (generally called 2P method) may also be used. The material of the information recording layer is not limited to tellurium oxide, and may be, for example, tellurium carbide, tellurium-selenium alloy, gadolinium-cobalt, terbium-iron, aluminum, or the like. Also,
The shape of the minute irregularities provided on the outer periphery and the inner periphery is not limited to the shape of a square pyramid. As long as the shape provides the following effects, the spirit of the present invention can be avoided.

In addition, since the adhesive layer is not linear but has a complicated shape along minute irregularities, the path for moisture to enter from the outside becomes complicated and long, making it difficult to prevent deterioration of recording and reproducing characteristics due to oxidation of the information recording layer. Excellent effects can also be obtained. Furthermore, in terms of appearance, the outer periphery, which is often held in the hand and is prone to dirt such as fingerprints, is made of translucent ground glass, making dirt less noticeable.
