過電流検出素子による電圧降下とを比較し前記制御用ト
ランジスタのベース電流をバイパスする保護用トランジ
スタとを有し、前記基準電圧設定部のＰＮ接合と前記ダ
イオード及び保護用トランジスタのＰＮ接合とにより、
