周面に多数の微小電極が互いに電気的絶縁状態を保持し
つつ配置されている構成の現像スリーブを具備した現像
装置と組合せて用いられるベルト状感光体使用の感光体
装置において、現像スリーブの軸端であって、上記導電
性支持体の外周部が絶縁層から露出している露出部に対
応する感光体装置のカバ一部材に絶縁性のフィルムを取
付け、感光体の縁部を上記露出部に対して、 該フィ
