において、前記発振用トランジスタのベースと前記コン
バータトランスの２次巻線の一端との接続点と、前記低
電圧直流電源の負電極との間に電源投入に応答して前記
発振用トランジスタのベースにベース電流を供給するス
イッチング手段を設け、前記コンデンサの充電量が所定
値以上に達した後は、前記スイッチング手段を不作動状
