ーブを用いた高周波加熱装置の外観図、第２図は第１図
の断面図を示す。第３図はワイヤレス温度プローブのシ
ステムブロック図である。 第４図は温度と温度プルローブの共振周波数の関係を示
したものである。第５図ａ、　　ｂはそれぞれは　　−
送受信アンテナの信号波形である。第６図は温度プロー
ブの断面図である。第７図はチョーク構造の断面図で、
第８図はチョーク構造の通過損失の周波数特性を示すも

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加熱室３内の被加熱物５の温度を検知する感温用のコン
    デンサ２３とコイルアンテナ２０とで共振回路を構成し
    たワイヤレス温度プローブ７を被加熱物５に接触して設
    け、上記温度プローブ７の温度に対応した共振周波数を
    包含した周波数幅の電波を加熱室内の送信アンテナ８よ
    り送信し、その信号を上記温度プローブ７を挾んで対峙
    した受信アンテナ９て受け、上記プローブ７の共振点を
    とらえ、被加熱物５の温度を成句するワイヤレス温度プ
    ローブシステムにおいて、上記感温用コンデンサ２３が
    加熱室３内の高周波の影響を受けないようにコイルアン
    テナ２０とコンデンサ２３の間にチョーク２１構造を設
    けたことを特徴とするワイヤレス温度プローブを備えた
    高周波加熱装置。
