    移動させてキャリッジに着脱自在に取り付けられたカセ
    ットから繰り出される熱転写イン　゛クリボンを記録紙
    に圧着させ熱転写記録を行うように構成された熱転写プ
    リンタにおいて、前記カセットにキャリッジがホームポ
    ジションに到達する毎に前記サーマルヘッドの表面を清
    掃する清掃機構を設けたことを特徴とする熱転写プリン
    タ。
