抵抗に並列に接続し、前記第１コンデンサと第１ダイオ
ードとに並列に第３ダイオードを、その極性の向きが前
記第１、第２ダイオードとは逆方向になるようにし゛
て接続し、前記第１ダイオードと第２抵抗と第２コン
デンサとの直列回路に並列にトランジスタのコレクタ・
エミッタを接続し、またこのトランジスタのベースを第
１抵抗と第２ダイオードとの接続点に接続してなる、整
