【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は送信信号を増幅する手段として電界効果型トラ
ンジスタ増幅器を使用した従来のレーダ装置を示すブロ
ック図、第２図はこの考案の一実施例を示すブロック図
であり、１は送信信号発生器、２は電界効果型トランジ
スタ増幅器、３は送受切換器、４は空中線、５は受信機
、６は信号処理装置、７はゲート電圧発生器、８はドレ
イン電圧発生器、９は電圧制御型ドレイン電圧発生器で
ある。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付
して示しである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 送信信号を発生する送信信号発生器と、この送信信号発
    生器の送信信号を増幅する電界効果型トランジスタ増幅
    器と、この電界効果型トランジスタ増幅器の出力信号を
    目標に送信し、かつ目標からの反射信号を受信する空中
    線と、上記反射信号を信号処理に必要な大きさまで増幅
    する受信機と、上記受信機の出力信号をもとにして目標
    の距離情報、角度情報および速度情報を検出する信号処
    理器と、上記電界効果型トランジスタ増幅器にゲート電
    圧を発生するゲート電圧発生器と、上記電界効果型トラ
    ンジスタ増幅器にドレイン電圧を発生し、又そのドレイ
    ン電圧は上記信号処理器で生ずる利得制御信号によって
    制御される電圧制御型ドレイン電圧発生器とで構成した
    ことを特徴とするレーダ装置。
