    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 極低温流体が流通する内管と、冷却管が設けられたシー
    ルド管と、外管とが順次同心状に配設さ−れた移送配管
    において、前記シールド管の外面長−手方向に前記冷却
    管を略直線状に配置し、該冷却管の外面と面接触させて
    固定具を配置し、該固定具をシールド管の外面に接合し
    たこと番特徴とする極低温流体移送配管。
