By the way, in dental treatment, such injection treatment activities account for a large part of the daily work of busy surgeons, and cause a great deal of fatigue on the hands and fingers of the surgeons. However, it was often difficult to administer the correct injection, especially in the afternoon when fatigue accumulated.

Reference numeral 13 denotes a notch provided at a position approximately 90 degrees from the holder portion 12, and when loading the cartridge into the hollow portion 1a of the main body 1, the finger hook tube 10 is rotated and aligned with the through hole of the main body 1. This is to facilitate the insertion.

Then, press the handle 8 with your palm to move the tip of the plunger 7 to approximately 273 of the main body 1, then place your index finger and middle finger on the pair of holder parts 12 and 12 at the tip, and press the handle 8 further. It is possible to inject the medicine filled in the cartridge to the last drop in an extremely stable manner without requiring much grip strength, which greatly reduces the fatigue of the surgeon's hands and fingers. It is very helpful.

The present invention has a structure in which a finger hook tube 10 having a multi-stage holder part 12 is loosely fitted into a conventionally known cartridge type syringe, so that the holder part 12 can be selected as appropriate depending on the injection process. It does not require much grip strength, and injection operations can be performed in a stable state.

Since the pair of multi-stage holder parts 12 are located at the extreme ends of the main body 1, even if the handle 8 is located at the rearmost part, the distance between the handle 8 and the holder part 12 is short, making it easier for operators with small hands. However, it can be easily injected.

Furthermore, since the finger hook tube 10 is rotatably fitted into the main body 1 etc., even when it is necessary to rotate the syringe according to the direction of the needle when inserting the needle into the insertion point, the finger hook tube 10 can be rotated. Since the body 10 rotates, the handle 8 and the holder part 12 are always in a straight line, making it very easy to use.

Therefore, if the conventional holder part and syringe barrel body are integrated and the holder part and handle are always used in a straight line, the needle must be rotated in accordance with the insertion point. In contrast, the present invention does not require such troublesome operations, and is an extremely easy-to-use syringe that is stable and stable. It has the effect of allowing injections to be performed while in the current state, reducing physical and mental fatigue on the part of the operator.

Further, since the notch 13 is provided at a position approximately 90 degrees from the holder portion 12, filling of the cartridge becomes easy.

Furthermore, since the finger hook tube 10 of the present invention is detachable from the main body and the cap body, it has many practical effects such as being compatible and very economical.
