There are cases where the lifespan is shortened. In addition, preserved foods such as sweets and dried foods, and packaged foods such as bento boxes and sandwiches are affected by the growth of microorganisms that adhere to them (i.e., the decomposition of food proteins, etc., caused by microorganisms in the presence of 02 and water vapor in room-temperature air). ), which causes spoilage and the loss of its value as food. Incidentally, the phenomenon of spoilage is caused by a complex reaction involving reactions such as oxidation, reduction, and hydrolysis, and it is also true that oxidation reactions play an important role. Therefore, as a measure to prevent the above-mentioned oxidation and rot, metal products are coated with rust preventive agents, lubricants are added with antioxidants, and foods are added with preservatives.

。However, these anti-oxidation or anti-corrosion effects are not sufficient, and the use of food additives tends to be restricted because they have an adverse effect on the human body. The inventors of the present invention have focused on this situation and have been conducting intensive research with the aim of establishing a technology that can effectively prevent oxidation and deterioration of packaged items. Then, I came up with the idea that the above objective could be achieved by devising the packaging state of the above-mentioned packaged items. The present invention was completed as a result of further research to realize these ideas, and it is possible to prevent oxidation or spoilage of metals, chemicals, foods, etc. as much as possible, and for foods, it is possible to prevent preservatives etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a package for the above-mentioned packaged items, which can effectively prevent spoilage without using a package.

It is what it is. When packaging the object 8, after storing the object 8 together with the 02 adsorbent 5, the C02 adsorbent 6, and the desiccant 7 in the outer case 2 whose upper part is open, the upper part of the outer case 2 is closed. do. Next, by blowing N2 gas from the gas filling port 3 provided near the bottom of the exterior body 2, the exterior body 2 is
The air inside is exhausted from a gas exhaust port 4 provided at the upper part of the exterior body 2. After the air in the exterior body 2 is sufficiently replaced with N2 gas, the gas filling port 3 and the gas discharge port 4 are sealed, thereby obtaining the package 1 of the present invention. If an expansion membrane 9, such as a bellows-shaped expansion film 9, is provided at a suitable location on the exterior body 2, there is no risk of the exterior body 2 bursting even if the package 1 is sealed and receives heat from the outside and the internal gas pressure increases. It is preferable because there is no In addition, in FIG. 1, the interior of the exterior body 2 is divided by an air permeable barrier 10, and the lower divided chamber contains 02 adsorbent 5, CQ adsorbent 6,
The desiccant 7 was charged and the object to be packaged was charged into the upper divided chamber, but in addition to this, the 02 adsorbent and the like were stored in another air-permeable container and placed inside the outer package 2 together with the object to be packaged. It can also be enclosed. In such a package, the object to be packaged is surrounded by an inert gas atmosphere, so that it is hardly oxidized.

CaC2, silica gel, etc. are used as the desiccant, and specifically, those packaged with a material having air permeability and appropriate temperature properties are used. In addition, the material of the exterior body is not particularly limited, but examples include polymer film, etc. for bags, and polymer materials, metals, etc. for boxes, and if necessary, a sealant may be used at the joints. In short, any material and structure that can maintain a sealed state may be used.

Specific examples of packaged items include sweets, dried foods, boxed lunches, sandwiches, etc., and fresh foods such as fresh fish and fruits, and the application of the present invention can maintain the freshness of these foods for a long period of time and prevent spoilage. be able to.

Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to prevent internal oxidation of precision instruments such as watches, home appliances, office equipment, etc. In other words, if the machine room of these devices is made airtight and 02, C02 adsorbent and desiccant are sealed inside, and the internal air is replaced with N2 gas, the inside of the machine room will always be non-oxidizing even during use. Since it is maintained in the same state, its life can be extended to a large extent, and even better results can be obtained if the Q adsorbent etc. can be replaced if necessary. If the packaged item is a metal product, inclusion of a desiccant is one of the essential conditions since moisture is a major cause of accelerating corrosion.
These can prevent oxidation of metal precision mechanical parts and lubricating oil in the machine room, and dramatically extend their lifespan. In addition, the present invention can be applied not only to machines and foods, but also to the packaging of medicines, clothing, book culture materials, etc., and the same effects as described above can be obtained. It can also be applied to the packaging of analytical instruments such as serum chemistry analyzers and various experimental equipment. The present invention is roughly configured as described above, and can prevent oxidation of packaged items and maintain the initial state over a long period of time. Specifically, it can prevent food oxidation and spoilage and improve food quality. It can be maintained for a long time, or it can prevent metal parts and lubricants from oxidizing in mechanical products, thereby extending the life of the mechanical products.
