Conventional structure and its problems Conventionally, when toasting is performed in a toaster oven, etc., particularly when toasting is performed continuously,
For the first time, it is necessary to set the toast roasting time longer because the heat is taken away by the toaster oven housing, and for the second time, it is necessary to set the toast roasting time longer.
From the first time onwards, the oven toaster housing is heated, so by setting the toast roasting time shorter,
It was necessary to keep the browning color of the toast constant from the second and second time onward. Therefore, in order to maintain a constant toast color, conventional circuits have been devised that adjust the roasting time depending on the heating state of the casing.

However, this case had the following drawbacks. That is, as a power switch, as shown in FIG.
A contact part S turns on the power when it is locked in the locking part, and an electromagnet 14 that releases the lock in the locking part after a predetermined period of time and turns off the contact part S to complete roasting. , circuit section C are required, and the structure is such that the circuit section C, the lifting operation section 2, the one contact section S, the electromagnet 14, etc. are separately attached to the locking section. The electrical connection requires a number of leads, such as Ll, L2 .
L3 etc. are required, and the process is complicated and extremely expensive.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention arranges an operating section, a locking section, a contact section, and a circuit section on a single printed circuit board, and uses lead wires for electrical connection between each of the above elements. This can be achieved by conventional industrial means such as dipping the printed circuit board into a solder bath without having to do so.

That is, when a permanent magnet provided on an operating section rotatably supported on a printed circuit board and biased by a spring is attracted to an iron core of an electromagnet provided on the printed circuit board at a position facing the permanent magnet, The contact section associated with the operating section is closed to turn on the power, and as a result, the electromagnet is excited in a direction that cancels out the magnetic force of the permanent magnet due to the action of the circuit section provided on the printed circuit board, and the permanent magnet is attracted. Roasting is completed by releasing the switch, opening the contacts, and turning off the power. According to the above configuration, a series of switches for starting toast roasting and completing toast roasting after a predetermined period of time can be achieved by mounting one button on one printed circuit board, and the wiring between each component is This can be easily done by conventional industrial means such as dipping a printed circuit board into a solder bath, so the structure is simple and the processing steps can be simplified, making the power switch extremely advantageous in terms of cost.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, a rotation shaft 3 provided on an operating portion 2 is rotatably supported on a rotation support portion 1 provided on a printed circuit board P by the action of mutual attraction of springs 4. The operating section 2 is provided with a magnetic pole plate 6, a permanent magnet 6, and a push section 7. Further, on the contact part S, a fixed part 11 of a movable piece 10 that fixes the movable contact 8 by the action of the pushing part 7 (□) and a fixed part 12 having the fixed contact 9 are printed. It is fixed on the printed circuit board P. Also, at a position facing the permanent magnet 6 provided on the operating section 2, there is an iron core 13 that is excited by the action of the circuit section C configured on the printed circuit board P. An electromagnet 14 is disposed, and a variable resistor 16, which forms a part of the circuit section C and has a knob 15 that allows the time until the power is turned off to be varied to change the browning color of the toast, is also connected to the printed circuit board P. placed above.

In the above configuration, when the operating part 2 is operated against the spring 4 to press the movable piece 10, the permanent magnet 6 approaches the iron core 13, and the action of the permanent magnet 6 causes the magnetic pole plate 6 and the iron core 13 to separate. is absorbed and retained. At this time, the pushing part 7 acts on the movable piece 1o against the spring force of the movable piece 10, and the movable contact 8 and the fixed contact 9 come into contact, so that the contact part S is turned ON in conjunction with the operating part 2. state, start applying electricity (Fig. 1).

Next, when a predetermined period of time has elapsed and the electromagnet 14 is excited by the action of the circuit section C, the attraction action of the permanent magnet 60 to the iron core 13 is canceled out, so that the movable piece 1

, the contact part S is turned OFF in conjunction with the operation part 2.
When the state is reached, energization is completed (Fig. 2).

Effects of the Invention As detailed above, the power switch according to the present invention includes a series of components that control the switch function, namely, an operating section, a contact section that turns on and off in conjunction with the operating section, and a power supply to the contact section. The electromagnet to be held and the circuit section that drives this electromagnet are mounted on a single printed circuit board, and all electrical connections of each component can be achieved on the printed circuit board, so the number of component parts can be reduced and assembly can be simplified. This eliminates the cost increase caused by the complexity of the work, resulting in an extremely cost advantage. Furthermore, since they are mounted all at once on a printed circuit board, they can be made into a unit and can be miniaturized as a power switch, so they have extremely great practical value.
