Abstract

PURPOSE:To read the overall area of a stripe on a card by storing a rotatory power in a spring, which is connected to a feeding roll, through a friction roll by an inserting force for insertion of the magnetic card and feeding the card into a device with a restoring force of the spring. CONSTITUTION:A friction roll 5 provided with a pulley 4 is provided in an insertion entrance 3 to which a magnetic card 2 having a stripe 1, where information is recorded, on one side is inserted, and the roll 5 is rotated by manual insertion of the card 2. とにより、該ストップレバーの爪金具がラチェットホイ
ールから外れ、前記送りローラをスプリングの復旧力に
より回転させて磁気カードを内部に送り込み、この際該
送りローラの下部に設けである磁気ヘッドにより読み取
りを行う。次に前記磁気カードが送りローラの回転によ
り更に内部に進行してストップレバーから外れ、これに
より該レバーの押上げが解除された後は再び前記ストッ
プレバーの爪金具がラチェットホイールに掛り、該送り
ローラの回転を停止する機構をもっことにより実現する
ことができる。
