Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a structurally strong printing head for dot printer conserved in the number of assembling proesses and high in reliability, by providing the printing wire guide and support groove of a printing wire guide and support part so as to connect the same to a printing wire guide hole. CONSTITUTION:A printing wire guide and support part 17' is provided to the protruded part of a printing wire guide 17. A large number of printing wire guide holes 18 are provided to this guide and support part by drilling and printing wire guide and support grooves 18' is scored to the protruded part so as to be connected to the guide holes 18. A large number of printing wires 12 are inserted through the printing wire guide 17 in the order of four printing wire guides 17-1, 17-4 and printing wire guides are secured to printing wire guide hole grooves 15' in an inserted state. The secured parts 12' of the printing wires 12 of the printing head for thus assembled dot printer are secured to a leaf spring 9 and the leading end part 12' of each printing wire 12 is bent on the way thereof from the circular ring shaped arrangement thereof and arranged in two lines so as to provided a constant interval therebetween.

Briefly explaining the operation of the print head having such a structure, the shear mature IO is attracted to the front end surface of the core 3 by the action of the permanent magnet B against the spring force of the plate spring. Now, a signal is input to the coil ≠, and a magnetomotive force in the opposite direction to the magnetomotive force of the permanent magnet B is generated in the core 3 corresponding to the coil.
By canceling or removing the magnetomotive force of the permanent magnet B, the armature 10 corresponding to the core 3 causes the tip 72' of the printing wire saw to protrude from the printing wire guide 17-/1 due to the spring force of the leaf spring and collide with the printing paper surface (not shown). Then printing is performed.

In order to make it easy for each of the /7-4t to pass through a large number of guide holes, it is necessary to individually arrange a plurality of movable body support members 7 and leaf springs on the printing wires / and 2. This has the disadvantage of increasing the number of parts and increasing the size.

In addition, when assembling in units, the movable body support member 7.
Since the dimensional errors of the leaf spring and armature IO are integrated, variations tend to occur in the gap between the armature 10 and the core 3, and the printing pressure on the printing paper surface changes in proportion to approximately the cube of the gap value. Therefore, there was a drawback that the desired print density could not be obtained. Furthermore, there is a drawback that the gaps tend to vary widely between units, resulting in uneven print density.

The overall structure of the print head for a dot printer of the present invention incorporated in this manner will be described below with reference to the plan view of FIG. 72 and the cross-sectional view of the central portion of FIG. 13. An annular permanent magnet 6 is arranged on a disc-shaped magnetic plate l forming a common magnetic path, and a movable body support member 7, which also forms an annular common magnetic path, is fixed to a permanent magnet AK. N pieces (N=2.3.t
) are also arranged and fixed on the magnetic plate in a concentric circle with the center thereof, and a coil is wound thereon. The bend in the board is 7.2.
As shown in the figure, the central part is made up of a single plate spring formed by a divided piece a divided into N pieces, and N armatures I.
O is fixed. Also, the printing wire/, the fixed part of 2/
2' is fixed to a plate spring, and due to its annular arrangement, the tips 72'' of the printing wires/2 are curved in the middle as shown in FIG. 3 and arranged in two rows at a constant interval. 3 is N armatures, 7/0 rear end/
It is divided into N divided pieces /3n facing θ' to form a magnetic path, and the plate yoke /J and plate spring are fixed to the movable body support member 7 with screws /4Z.

In addition, in the printing operation, the coil ≠ changes to core 3 according to the input signal.
A magnetomotive force opposite to the magnetomotive force of the permanent magnet B is generated, and the magnetomotive force of the permanent magnet B is canceled or removed, and the armate lO corresponding to the core 3 is moved by the spring force of the plate spring to the tip of the printing wire/2. The portion 7.2' protrudes from the surface of the printing wire guide 17 and collides with a printing paper surface (not shown) to perform printing, as in the conventional case.
