ートを捕集するセラミックフオームと、同セラミックフ
オームを上記ケーシングに装着すべく上記ケーシングに
形成されて上記セラミックフオームの外周部を収容する
凹部と、上記セラミックフオームの外周に巻回されて上
記凹部の底面との間に介装されるセラミックフオーム支
持用ラジアル方向支持材と、上記セラミックフオームに
おける外周部の一アキシャル方向端面に装着され上記凹
部側面との間に介装されるセラミックフオーム支持用ア
キシャル方向支持材とをそなえ、上記セラミックフオー
ム、ラジアル方向支持材およびアキシャル方向支持材が
一体に組み立てられることにより上記ケーシングの凹部
に整合する外形を持った組み立て部品として形成されて
、同組み立て部品がその外周部を上記凹部に嵌入された
ことを特徴とする、ディーゼルパティキュレートフィル
