置であるがら、従来の如く作業者の感にたよる臓物の脈
取除き作業で肉片に損傷を与えたりすることはなく、開
きエビ2の肉片の大きさ厚みに対応したブラシ体5によ
り適確にしがも迅速に臓物の脈をブラッシングにより取
除(ので、作業能率は大きく向上し、従って製品コスト
も安価となるものである。また1条の搬送装置上に2列

を処理することも可能である等、誠に顕著なる効果を有
