Insulating panels are used for the exterior walls, roofs, floors, etc. of buildings. In other words, the purpose of its use is to save refrigeration energy for refrigerators and freezers, or to save heating energy for homes, offices, etc. in cold regions.

However, no matter how good the insulation effect of insulation panels is,
It is well known that if there is a thermal weakness in the joints between insulation panels, the insulation performance of the entire building will be significantly reduced. The factors that reduce the heat insulation performance of this joint are thought to be a phenomenon called cold bridge, in which the heat insulation deteriorates, and the intrusion of water, including internal condensation. The cold bridge described above occurs when the inner and outer surfaces of a heat insulating panel are connected with a material that conducts heat easily. This is a phenomenon in which when the insulation is weak, the heat transfer from that part becomes more than other parts, reducing the insulation effect. Also, water intrusion is from rainwater from the outside of the structure.

If the inside is on the high-temperature side, water vapor can easily enter, which often occurs if the seal is incomplete.

FIG. 1 shows a typical conventional insulation panel joint. The code (1) in the figure is a heat insulating wall.
The inside is made of a heat insulating material (2) such as hard urethane foam, and both sides are made of steel plates (3) with a thickness of about 0.2 to 0.6 fins, and the joints are made of steel plates (3) on both the inner and outer sides. 3),
A molded sealing material (4) is interposed as a heat insulator to prevent contact between the two parts (3), that is, to prevent cold bridges. However, although this molded sealing material (4) had a heat insulating effect, it did not have a waterproof effect. Therefore, it is not possible to particularly prevent the intrusion of water vapor, and internal condensation occurs, and this moisture causes double-sided steel plate (3) i3
) becomes thermally conductive, and the amount of heat flowing through the joint becomes larger than that of other panel parts, resulting in a cold bridge.

Furthermore, conventional joints, including the conventional heat-insulating nozzle illustrated in FIG. 1, have poor ventilation inside and outside the structure, and are not sufficiently effective in terms of waterproofing, moisture-proofing, or heat-proofing.

Particularly in cold regions, where there is a large temperature difference between indoors and outdoors and throughout the seasons, panels deform significantly, and this deformation is concentrated at the joints. As a result, there was also the problem that the joint portion was deformed.

The present invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional joints of heat insulation panels, and its gist is that a pair of metal plates formed from metal plates on both sides of the panel are attached to the joint part of one panel. protrusions are provided at a distance in the center, and a pair of grooves formed from metal plates on both sides of the panel are provided in the μ-hand portion of the other panel to correspond to and fit with the protrusions of the one panel. , a joint for a heat insulating panel, characterized in that a sealing material is interposed in the center of the protruding part, and a sealing material or a caulking material is filled in a fitting portion between the protruding part and the groove part.

Next, a joint for a heat insulating panel according to the present invention will be explained based on the embodiment shown in FIG. Reference numerals in the drawings that are common to those in FIG. 1 indicate the same members or members. That is, (1)
are each made of four heat insulating panels, the inside is made of a heat insulating material (2) such as hard urethane foam, and both sides are made of steel plates (3). (5) is a pair of protrusions formed from steel plates (3) on both sides of the panel at the joint part of one panel (1), and a molded seal is placed in the center of the protrusions (5). A heat insulating sealing material (4) such as material is placed between the holes at appropriate intervals. (6) is a pair of grooves formed from the steel plates (3) on both sides of the panel at the joint part of the other panel (1);

The joint of the heat insulation panel of the present invention has the above structure, and the joint part is made of caulking material or irregular sealing material (7).
Cold bridging does not occur because the intrusion of water vapor from the inside of the shingle structure and the intrusion of rainwater from the outside are prevented, and the central heat insulating seal material prevents the flow of heat between the inside and outside.
