In the stranded wire formed by twisting a plurality of insulated wire cores coated with , at least one of the plurality of insulated wire cores is made of a conductive plastic that can be removed simultaneously when the conductor and the insulator layers are peeled off. A low impedance stranded wire for internal wiring of an electronic device is characterized by having a conductive layer.

The insulator layer 3 is then formed by extruding the insulator or wrapping and sealing a heat-sealable laminate tape with high mechanical strength.
