A laminated transformer core and an acdle core, which is configured in approximately the same shape as the transformer core and provided with the required magnetic air gap, are arranged side by side in the stacking direction with a gap therebetween, and are wound around the transformer core through the gap. 1. A transformer incorporating an axle, comprising a primary winding and a secondary winding wound around a transformer core and an axle core outside the primary winding.
