[Detailed Description of the Invention] (a) Industrial Application Field The present invention consists of a centrifugal separation tube that has a cutter on the inner bottom that cuts the material and can be rotated by a motor; The present invention relates to a juicer that is equipped with a cylindrical filter that separates waste material into waste and liquid, and stores the waste in a centrifugal separation cylinder.

(b) Prior Art This type of juicer is known, for example, from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 10504/1983. The filter used in this juicer is formed into a comb-like shape to form a large number of vertical liquid outflow slits, and debris adheres and accumulates on the inner circumferential surface. In order to remove this adhered debris, the filter is elastically deformed, and the change in the spacing between the slits due to this deformation is relatively large at the lower end, but becomes smaller as it goes upward. Therefore, it is difficult to remove the residue, and the residue cannot be removed by simply washing with water, so the residue must be scraped off using a brush or the like, making the task of removing the residue difficult.

This difficulty in removing the scum has been the main reason why juicers themselves are discouraged from using the juicer itself.

(c) Purpose of the Invention In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention aims to provide an easy-to-use juicer by making it easy to remove the dregs, and also to prevent a large amount of dregs from getting mixed into the liquid. shall be.

(d) Structure of the Invention The structure of the present invention consists of a centrifugal separation tube that has a cutter on the inner bottom that cuts the material and is rotated by a motor, and a centrifugal separation tube that is detachably attached to the inner circumference of the separation tube to remove the cut material. A juicer comprising a cylindrical filter for separating waste and liquid, and storing the waste in a centrifugal separation cylinder, wherein the cylindrical filter has a spiral liquid flow gap whose interval can be adjusted to a wavelength. It is characterized in that it is constructed of a spiral body and is provided with filter holding means above the cylindrical filter of the centrifugal separation tube.

Depending on the configuration, scum adheres to and accumulates on the inner periphery of the filter, but by expanding and contracting the filter in the direction of the cylinder axis or deforming it in a direction perpendicular to the cylinder axis, the interval of the liquid flow gap changes greatly, so the scum can be removed. If the filter is easily detached from the filter and the filter is washed while changing the interval between the gaps, the debris caught in the gaps can be easily washed away. In addition, when juice is produced, a force is exerted by the waste to widen the gap between the liquid outflow gaps, but the expansion of the gap is suppressed by the filter holding means, preventing a large amount of the waste from passing through the filter and mixing into the liquid. It disappears.

(63) is a fluid balancer formed in an abbreviated shape over the side and bottom surfaces of the cylindrical portion (29b). The lower opening is closed with a ring-shaped bottom cover (66) to form a sealed space, and an appropriate number of vertical resistance plates (67) are integrally protruded from the outer wall (65) (1111) into this space. At the same time, an appropriate amount of balancer liquid (68) is sealed in this space. The bottom cover (66) has an uneven fit between the lower end of the outer wall (65>) and the inner end of the lower surface of the bottom step (52). The outer wall (65) has a tapered shape with a thicker diameter at the bottom to make the lower part of the sealed space wider than the upper part. ,

This spiral body (30A) is formed by a mold so that the gap (69) becomes the wavelength state as shown in Fig. 6 when no force is allowed to act in the direction of contraction in the direction of the cylinder axis (natural extension state). in,! (61) In the closed state, the compression is complete and the gap (
69) is in the most contracted state, and if force is allowed to act in the direction of extension of the cylinder axis from the state shown in the same figure, the gap (69) will be further reduced.
When the gap (69) is widened and a force is applied in the horizontal direction, horizontal threading occurs between the steps, which also causes the gap (69) to waver in the left-right direction. This spiral (30A>
The length in the axial direction of the cylinder is longer than the depth ρ1) of the cylinder part (29b) even when the lid (61) is in the closed state and in the naturally extended state, making it easy to take out the filter (30).

Further, the highest stage (30a) of the spiral filter (30),
The lowermost stage (30b) is constructed so that the end surfaces (70) (70) are flat surfaces with no steps (excluding protrusions (82) to be described later), so that the inner surface of the lid (61) and the cylindrical portion ( 29b)
A large gap is not formed between the inner bottom part and the waste is prevented from flowing out. To change the height dimension of the cross section mentioned above, the height yJ! This is possible by gluing a ring-shaped body for 4tt or by changing the cross-sectional shape with a mold, but the latter is adopted in this embodiment. Then, the end portion <7I> (71) is sufficiently thick in the axial direction of the cylinder to ensure the strength of the end portion, and a protruding piece (72) is provided on the end portion (71) (71).
1) There is a protruding piece (72) on the mating surface corresponding to (71).
A groove 73〉 into which the filter (30) is fitted is formed.
It is constructed so that the ends (71) (71), which have small cross sections, are not damaged even if a small amount of force is applied to the ends (71) (71) when pulling up the projecting piece. A radius is formed at the corner so that the lock between (72> and the groove (73) can be released. This lock is for the filter <30).
Because it is carried out on the outer periphery of the machine, there are fewer scraps (-1), making cleaning easier.

In addition, the spiral body (30A) is set so that the winding direction is the direction in which the diameter widens, that is, for example, when the rotation direction of the separation cylinder (29) is counterclockwise (x) when viewed from above, the spiral body (30A) is set so that its diameter increases. However, if the winding direction of this embodiment is used, the spiral body (30A> Since the force acts in the direction of expanding the diameter of the cylinder and contracting the length in the axial direction of the cylinder, there is no such drawback, and the locking structure of the lid (61) can be simplified.

When disengaged from the filter (30), the filter (30) expands due to its own elasticity as shown in FIG. 13, and its upper end protrudes above the upper end of the cylindrical portion (29b). By holding this protrusion and pulling it upward, the filter (30) can be removed from the separation tube (29).

There is debris (K) attached to the lower part of the inner periphery of the filter.By holding both ends of the filter (30) and expanding and contracting it, as well as shifting it laterally as shown in Figure 14, the mass of debris (K) can be removed. Easily detaches from the inner periphery of the filter. Also, gap (69)
Since the fibers and the like remaining attached to the gap (69) have their own elastic strength, they can be easily washed away by washing with water in this expanded state.

(f) Effects of the Invention According to the present invention configured as described above, the interval of the liquid flow gap can be greatly changed by expanding and contracting the spiral body in the direction of the cylinder axis or by shifting it in the direction perpendicular to the cylinder axis. This makes it easy to separate the debris from the filter, and also allows cleaning with the liquid AE passage gap widened, making it easy to clean the filter and making sure that the filter is always clean. Can be kept clean. Further, the filter holding means prevents the liquid outflow gap from expanding rapidly, and prevents a large amount of waste from being mixed into the liquid.

[Scope of Claims] (1) A centrifugal separation cylinder that has a cutter on the inner bottom for cutting the material and is rotationally driven by a motor; A juicer that is equipped with a cylindrical filter that separates waste into waste and liquid, and a container that receives the liquid flowing out from the centrifugal tube, and that collects the waste in the centrifugal tube. The juicer is constituted by a helical body having a spiral liquid flow gap that allows the wavelength of the liquid to flow, and is provided with filter holding means on the cylindrical filter upper part of the centrifugal tube. (2) The filter holding means is cylindrical. The juicer according to claim 1, wherein the juicer protrudes inward from the inner periphery of the filter to prevent waste from flying out.
