    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. モータ４を正転駆動または逆転駆動す名モータ駆動回路
    １と、電源電圧本コレクタに供給するとともにエミッタ
    から速度指令電圧を出力する電圧制御トランジスタＱ、
    を有し、当該電圧制御トランジスタＱ５のベース電圧を
    制御して上記速度指令電圧を変化させるようにした速度
    指令電圧発生回路５と、テープ残量を検出するテープ残
    量検出回路１７と、当該テープ残量検出回路１７から出
    力されるテープ残量検出出力により上記電圧制御トラン
    ジスタｑのベース電圧を制御するようにした制御手段を
    具備することを特徴とするテープ走行装置。
