An oil heater 7 is disposed opposite the blower 5, and turning on and off of the oil heater 7 is controlled by a solenoid valve 7a. The blower duct 6 is provided with a temperature sensor 8, and the temperature sensor 8 is connected to the solenoid valve 7a via a thermostat 9. The structure of the conventional grain drying device is as described above, and its operation is as described below.

That is, the oil heater 7 is turned on by the operator when the outside air humidity reaches 85% or higher, for example, by looking at the hygrometer, and at that time, the operator turns on the thermostat 9 to adjust the temperature of the air in the ventilation duct 6 by about 5 degrees Celsius relative to the outside air temperature. The thermostat 9 is activated to close the solenoid valve 7a when the air in the blower duct 6 rises above the set temperature. Therefore, even if the outside air humidity changes over time, the oil heater 7 continues to turn on and off repeatedly unless the power switch of the oil heater 7 is shut off. In this way, in order to properly operate the attached grain drying equipment, the operator must judge the natural conditions such as outside temperature at the appropriate time, so this operation requires considerable skill and had become extremely complicated.

In other words, as is clear from the table of air temperature and humidity and the equilibrium moisture content of paddy, the equilibrium moisture content of grain with respect to humidity is different when the air temperature is 10 degrees and 20 degrees. The operation pattern is such that humidification at around 5° C. is performed only when the humidity is necessarily high.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a grain storage and drying device that can eliminate the drawbacks of the prior art described above. The basic structure of the present invention is that a blower is attached to a grain storage drying bin made of a hollow container via a blower duct, and a heater unit is provided to heat the drying air generated by the blower in one or more stages. At the same time, a controller for on-off control of the heater unit is provided in a position near the blower that is not affected by the temperature of the heater unit, and the main part of the controller is an outside air humidity sensor and an outside air humidity sensor. This grain drying device is characterized by comprising an outside air temperature sensor connected to the container.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Second
4 to 4 show embodiments of the present invention, in which the present invention detects the outside air humidity and temperature step by step when flooding the atmosphere to lower the humidity relative to the atmosphere, and maintains a constant relative humidity. The purpose is to blow drying air, and specifically, the on-off control of the heater in the heater unit is performed using two control elements: outside air humidity and outside air temperature.

In this embodiment, the materials with the same numbers as in FIG. 1 indicate members with the same names. The heater unit HU is installed in the ventilation duct 6, and three independent heaters Ha, Hb, and Hc are provided in the heater unit HU. The heaters HE, Hb, and Hc are connected to humiswitches A, B, and C, which are outdoor humidity sensors, respectively, and the humiswitches A and B, which are outdoor humidity sensors, are connected to thermoswitches D and E, which are outdoor temperature sensors, respectively. is connected to. The thermoswitches D, E and the humiswitch C are connected to a cover knife switch CKS of the main power source M.
This control circuit is shown in detail in Figures 3 and 4. In the figures, WL is an indicator light to indicate whether the power is on or off, XO is an auxiliary relay, days and days 3 are magnetic switches, and SO symbol indicates an automatic/manual changeover switch, S and -S3 indicate a closing switch that turns on and off only in manual mode, and F indicates a fuse. Thermoswitches D and E are turned off when the temperature exceeds the set temperature.
, B, and C turn on when the humidity is higher than the set humidity. During manual operation, the XO works and the three normally open contacts of the XO
O is closed, and S, , S2, and S3 are closed each day. , the melon is closed, and the heater is also closed, H
b, Hc will work.

Also, at this time, the three normally closed contacts XO of the XO become a barrier, so even if S is inserted, the three normally closed contacts XO of the XO will not work because the three normally closed contacts XO of the XO are open. In automatic mode, the opposite operation is performed. In this way, in this example,
Humiswitches A, B, and C, which turn on when the humidity exceeds a preset temperature, and thermoswitches D and E, which turn off when the temperature exceeds a preset temperature, are connected to form an AND circuit, so that No matter how the temperature changes, the relative humidity of the grain can be controlled to an appropriate state.

As explained above, according to the present invention, it is possible to heat the blown air in stages, that is, to control the humidity in stages, and it is not only possible to easily perform advanced operations compared to oil heaters, but also to prevent fires. This has the effect of making operation management easier as the level of danger is also reduced.

Further, since it is not necessary to use equipment such as a motor control or a stepping controller, the structure is simple, and the operation of the drying apparatus is greatly facilitated because the drying apparatus is automatically controlled even when the power switch is turned on. Furthermore, it has a great effect on efficient drying and improving grain quality without requiring any special skill.
