される第１パイプ１ａと吸気管に接続される第２パイプ
１ｂを有する弁箱１の上部に弁座部２ａを有するシート
板２を被着し１、シート板２の一側に先端部にポペット
弁４を吊持するバイメタル３を片持ち式に取付け、ポペ
ット弁４の弁頭部４ａを上記弁座部２ａに下側から当接
するようになした装置において、上記弁箱１を基板６上
に載置すると共に弁箱１の外側に不織布からなる椀状の
フィルタ部材５を被嵌し、更にその外側に筒状のプロテ
クター７を配設し、すれらの周縁部を基板周縁部で気密
に挟着し、エアクリーナＡの濾過ニレメン）ｅの内側底
