Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve dust removing efficiency by a method wherein an air flow is generated by an axial-flow blower, dust is separated by centrifugal force, then the cleaned discharging air is discharged to a discharging pipe by utilizing central negative pressure. CONSTITUTION:At the operation of an axial-flow blower 1, the air contained indoor dust is introduced into a turning flow generating cylinder 2 from the axial- flow blower 1. Then the turning air flow is generated after passed through the inclined roof 13 fixed in an annular space 12, the dust is moved upward by the centrifugal force along the inner wall of the turning flow generating cylinder 2 and a guide cylinder 14. The dust passed through the guide cylinder 14, drawn into an annular groove caused by the negative pressure in an annular groove 15, turned in a turning air flow introducing pipe 16, then drawn into a duct 4, further, introduced into a dust separating cylinder 3. The air separated from the dust after passed through the guide cylinder 14 is discharged toward the outside through a discharging pipe 17. A duct 5 is opened upward at the center of the discharging pipe 17, the air separated from the dust is flowed arround the discharging pipe 17, accordingly, the central negative pressure is acted in the duct 5.

The configuration is explained using a drawing: an axial flow blower (1), a swirling flow generating tube (2) installed above the blower, and a dust duster connected to the swirling flow generating tube through ducts (4) and (5). It consists of a separation tube (3). The swirling flow generating cylinder (2) is formed to have a larger diameter in the middle, and a hollow cylinder (11) with a closed conical bottom is provided concentrically at the bottom of the cylinder to form an annular space (12). ) is formed. This annular space* has a plurality of inclined blades (13) arranged radially. Above the inclined blades, there is a guide cylinder (14) whose diameter decreases as it goes toward the base. It is attached to the inner wall of the swirl flow generating tube (2) to form an annular groove (15) between the swirl flow generating tube (2) and the swirl flow generating tube (2) is attached to the outer circumference of the annular groove. The swirling air guide pipe (16) is cut out and communicated with the annular groove (15).

When the axial blower (1) attached to the roof (not shown) is operated, the air containing dust inside the building is sent from the axial blower (1) to the swirling flow generator tube (2). When the dust passes through the sloped roof (13) attached to the annular space (12), it becomes a swirling airflow, and the dust is generated by centrifugal force.
It rises along the mf21 and the inner wall of the guide tube (14).

As described above, the ventilation fan with a dust removal device of the present invention generates airflow using an axial blower, separates dust by centrifugal force, and discharges purified exhaust gas to the exhaust pipe using the central load. Since dust is efficiently guided to the dust separation chamber, it has the characteristic of extremely high dust removal efficiency.

In addition, since the only driving part is the motor of the axial blower and there are no other parts to drive, there is no need for maintenance other than removing accumulated dust, and there is no need to use water like a shower set. Therefore, there is no need to worry about rust, the service life is long, and there are no running costs.

In addition, since the structure is simple and compact, it does not take up much space, and although it is inexpensive, it has high dust removal efficiency and is extremely useful in terms of pollution prevention and economically.
