    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排水量型船舶で船体上下方向に貫通する開口部の上方に
    掘削用構造物を設けたものにおいて、前端が船底開口部
    の船首側に船中方向の水平枢着軸で枢着され上記船底開
    口部を部分的に閉塞する可動底板と、該可動底板を上記
    枢着軸の周りにはね上げ可能に回動する駆動手段とを具
    えたことを特徴とする海底掘削船。
