DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for connecting concrete products and a connecting tool for concrete products, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a method for connecting concrete products and a connecting tool for connecting concrete products. The present invention relates to a method for connecting concrete products that can be fitted into and fixed within the connection surface of a concrete product to reliably prevent water leakage at the connection point, and a connecting tool used therefor.

Conventionally, the method of connecting concrete products such as 0-shaped blocks used as drainage channels involves laying each concrete product with a slight gap left between the connection surfaces, and filling this gap with a joint material such as mortar. There is something. This method is

There is also a method in which a step is formed so that the inner peripheral surface of one end of the concrete product has the same shape as the outer peripheral surface of the other end, and each concrete product is overlapped at this step and connected and fixed with joint material. According to this, although there is an advantage that positioning can be performed accurately and easily and there is no deviation in the left-right direction, there is a disadvantage that the strength against deviation in the vertical direction or the front-back direction is not sufficient.

Furthermore, there is a method of embedding a Nando in the outer wall surface near the connecting surface of the concrete, inserting a bolt through a connecting plate extending between both concrete products and screwing it onto a nut, and then filling the joint with a joint material to connect. Although this is strong enough, each bolt must be installed at the construction site, and the hole positions on the connection plate and the positions of the holes do not easily match, which not only takes time and effort, but also requires bolts to be installed at the construction site. The two shells used to turn the wrench are often lost, and
Connecting plates and bolts, which are generally made of iron (1), have the disadvantage that they corrode over a long period of time and have poor durability because they are exposed on the outer surface of the concrete product.

Furthermore, according to the conventional connection method, there are cases where the adhesion between the joint material and the concrete product is insufficient, and it is not possible to reliably prevent water leakage from the connection location.

In addition to mortar, elastic materials have also been used as joint materials to prevent water leakage by squeezing them between the connecting surfaces, but this method is difficult from the viewpoint of the durability of the joint materials. Therefore, it was not possible to ensure water leakage prevention with superior durability.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its purpose is to fit and fix a connecting member shaped after the connecting surface shape into the opposing connecting surfaces when connecting both concrete products. To provide a method for connecting concrete products and a connecting tool used therein, which allows the connection work to be carried out in a short time and is easy, and which is highly durable and can reliably prevent water leakage at the connection point. The feature is that the receiving member, which has a groove formed on the end face that follows the shape of the connecting surface of the concrete products, is opened and buried at a position opposite to the connecting surface of each concrete product to be connected. Further, when a concrete product having a plurality of holes penetrating the wall opposite the groove of the receiving member on the outer wall surface is butted with their connecting surfaces facing each other, the cross-sectional shape is shaped to fit into the groove of the receiving member. A connecting member having a through hole bored in the circumferential surface near both ends at a position corresponding to the hole penetrating the groove is inserted between the opposing receiving members, and each of the connecting members The through hole and each hole penetrating the groove are aligned, and a fixing member inserted through the hole opening in the outer wall surface is inserted to fix both concrete products, and the concrete products are connected. A groove shaped like the surface is formed on the end face, and through holes are drilled at multiple locations through the opposite wall of the groove, and the groove opens on the connecting surface of the concrete product, and the concrete product A receiving member is buried in the concrete product so that a communicating hole is opened in the outer wall surface of the concrete product so that the axis thereof coincides with the through hole, and an opening is made in the connecting surface of both concrete IJ-1 products to be connected. a connecting part hole that is fitted over the entirety of the groove and has a through hole drilled in the peripheral surface that matches each of the through holes of the receiving member in both concrete products; A fixing member is inserted through the through hole of the connecting member and the through hole of the receiving member to engage them.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a concrete product with a cross-sectional shape, and a receiving member 2 is embedded in the connecting surface thereof over the entire circumference of the connecting surface. 3 is a connecting member fitted into the receiving member 2.

As shown in FIG. 2, the receiving member 2 has a rectangular cylindrical shape that follows the shape of the connecting surface, and a groove 2a that is open at one end and closed at the other end is formed in its thick part. . Further, the receiving member 2 is provided with a plurality of through holes 2a (eight locations in the illustrated example) that pass through the opposing wall of the groove 2a.

As shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the receiving member 2 may be such that the portion where the through hole 2b is formed projects toward the closed end side of the groove 2a. This is because when the receiving member 2 is buried in the concrete product 1, the position of the receiving member is made accurate by engaging the protrusion provided on the formwork with the protrusion. Furthermore, if a cap nut 2c is welded to the outer surface of the closed end of the groove 2a as shown in FIG. By screwing the bolts together and pulling the bolts out of the formwork, the end face of the receiving member 2 can be brought into close contact with the formwork surface, and the inflow of cement material into the receiving member 2 can be prevented.

Further, by making the outer surface of the receiving member 2 rough or providing appropriate protrusions, the receiving member 2 can be firmly embedded in the concrete product 1.

The connecting member 3 is a cylindrical body shaped to fit into the groove 2a, and its total length is approximately twice the depth of the groove 2a. Also, through holes 3a are formed in the circular surface near both ends of the connecting member 3 at positions where the axes of the connecting member 3 coincide with the through holes 213 when the connecting member 3 is inserted into the receiving member 2. Connecting member 3
The distance between the through holes 3a in the axial direction of both concrete
When the product 1 is placed facing each other with a gap of about 10 mm between the connecting surfaces, the gap is the same as the gap between the through holes 2b of the receiving member 2 facing the glue and one side. By doing so, alignment with the through hole 2a becomes easy. The surface of the exposed portion between the connecting surfaces is rough so that the mortar as a joint material will adhere tightly.

A fixing member 4 is formed of a round bar that protrudes from the opposite wall of the groove 2a and is inserted into the through hole 2b.
It is inserted through a blind hole 4a that has the same diameter as the through hole 2b and opens with the same axis as the through hole 2b.

As shown in FIG. 5, when two concrete products 1 are brought together with their connection surfaces facing each other, the connecting member 3 is fitted into one of the receiving members 2 in advance.
By aligning the other concrete product 1 with its receiving member 2 to the connecting member 3 protruding from the connecting surface and abutting both concrete products 1, both concrete products 1 are temporarily fixed without shifting from each other.

In this way, according to the present invention, the connecting surfaces of both concrete products to be connected are faced to each other, and the connecting member is inserted between the receiving members buried in the connecting surfaces to butt each other. Then, both concrete products are temporarily fixed to each other in accurate positions, and by simply inserting the fixing member and sewing together the connecting member, the receiving member, and the concrete product, both concrete products are securely fixed, and the construction is easy. Construction time can be shortened, and even if the receiving members, connecting members, and fixing members are made of iron, they will be buried in the concrete and will not corrode.
Even after many years of use, the strength does not decrease.

Furthermore, the entire connecting part is covered with the connecting member, and this connecting member is fitted and fixed within the connecting surface of the concrete product, so when this is used for drainage channels, etc., it is possible to prevent water leakage at the connecting point with durability. It has great effects, such as being able to defeat and reliably stop the attack.
