B. Prior Art Conventionally, when dry cleaning dirty clothes, etc., the clothes, etc. are placed in a washing drum of a cleaning device, and then a large amount of solvent solution is flowed into the washing drum to wash the clothes, etc.
When washing is completed, the solvent solution is discharged, the washed clothes are dehydrated and dried, and then the clothes are taken out from the washing drum. However, with this method, the solvent solution flows into the washing drum to wash clothes, etc.
There is a drawback that the dirt removed from the clothes contaminates the solvent solution, and therefore, by the time washing is finished, the dirt in the contaminated solvent solution re-adheres to the clothes etc. Therefore, in order to prevent the dirt in the solvent solution from re-adhering to clothes, etc., attempts have been made to remove the dirt in the solvent solution using a filter or completely remove the fluid by centrifugation. It is difficult to prevent the re-adhesion of dirt with equipment. Furthermore, the conventional apparatus has the disadvantage that unreasonable mechanical force is applied to the clothes and the like by stuffing them into the washing drum, causing them to twist and shrink, causing them to lose their shape or become deformed. Furthermore, even if clothes and the like are completely dried, the smell of the solvent remains, and there is a problem in that the residual solvent odor worsens the surrounding environment.

C0 Structure of the Invention The first invention of the present invention is a method for tri-cleaning objects to be processed such as clothes while continuously transporting them using a net conveyor, in which a plurality of washers 11 are arranged in parallel. - Continuously supply new solvent solution to the washing tank at one end of the tank and move it toward the washing tank at the other end, and at the same time, the objects to be treated such as clothes held by the net conveyor are transferred to the flow of the solvent solution. Is it washed by sequentially immersing it in the volume in the opposite direction and transferring it? After iS, the sieved material is introduced and passed between a suction box and a plurality of divided pressure rolls that are pivotally supported so as to be rotatable in accordance with each other, and deliquified by suction. After drying the processed material, cold air is blown onto the processed material to remove residual solvent odor.

A second aspect of the present invention is to arrange a plurality of washing tanks in parallel so that the solvent solution supplied from one side is moved in a fixed direction and discharged from the other, and the objects to be treated such as clothes are moved in the direction of flow of the solvent solution. A transfer net conveyor is installed that continuously transfers in the opposite direction and sequentially immerses the workpiece in each washing tank on the transfer route, and the workpiece immersed in each washing tank is held between the transport net conveyor and the workpiece. The gripping net conveyor is washed each time.
A center washing mechanism is provided corresponding to 4M, and following this washing mechanism, a suction box and a plurality of divided pressure rolls are provided facing each other across the workpiece in the transfer path of the workpiece, and the separation A dewatering mechanism in which pressurizing rolls are pivoted so that they can rotate individually, a drying mechanism that dries the workpiece that has been deliquified by the dewatering mechanism, and a workpiece that has been dried by the drying mechanism. It consists of a dehydration mechanism that blows cold air onto objects to remove residual solvent odor.

The deodorizing mechanism (5) is for removing the solvent liquid remaining on the object to be treated (2) such as clothes. That is, since the object to be treated (2) is washed by being immersed in the solvent /& (9), it contains the solvent upon completion of washing. The solvent contained in the object to be treated (2) is removed by a deliquifying mechanism (3) and a drying mechanism (

If the object to be treated (2) with residual solvent odor is taken out as it is, the smell of the solvent will gradually come from the object to be treated (2) and deteriorate the surrounding environment. In order to prevent this, a deodorizing mechanism (5) was provided following the drying mechanism (4).

The object (2) to be treated, such as dirty clothes, is placed on the carrying-in portion (<13b) of the transfer net conveyor (13) that circulates 1#. As the transfer net container (13) moves, the object to be treated (2) is sequentially immersed in each washing tank (6), (7), and (8) in a direction opposite to the flow direction of the solvent solution (9). -) Wash at the transfer stage. That is, the object to be processed (2) is conveyed through a net conveyor (13) for transport and a net conveyor (1) for holding.

), followed by tertiary washing. During the first to third cleaning, the solvent solution (9) in each cleaning tank (6), (7), and (8) is forcibly moved by the pump (11), so the object to be treated (2) vibrates and its Washing efficiency is increased. In addition, the dirty workpiece (2) is transferred in the opposite direction to the flow direction of the solvent solution (9), and is washed with a new solvent solution (9) as it undergoes primary washing, secondary washing, and tertiary washing. will be done. The solvent solution (9) naturally flows down from the tertiary cleaning tank (8) to the secondary and primary cleaning tanks (7) and (6) in sequence, while the dirty workpiece (2) first flows down into the secondary and primary cleaning tanks (7) and (6). After being washed in the next washing tank (6), it is subjected to the second and third washing, so the dirty solvent solution (9) flows down each washing m4fl (8) (7) by gravity and finally The dirt overflows from the dirtiest primary washing tank (6) and is naturally discharged into the drain groove (10). Therefore, the dirt removed from the object to be treated (2) during the first to third cleanings will not re-adhere to the object to be treated (2).

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, clothes, etc. are continuously transferred using a net-con hair, and washed by being immersed in a solvent solution that naturally flows down in the direction opposite to the direction of transfer of the clothes, etc. during the transfer route. After that, L7 removes liquid, dries, and deodorizes, so it removes fihl from clothes etc.
The dirt that has been removed will not stick to the clothes again. In addition, since a net conveyor is used, there is no need for excessive mechanical force to be applied to clothes, causing them to twist or shrink, which is the case in the past, and this prevents clothes from losing their shape or deforming. I can do it. Furthermore, since the liquid is removed while applying pressure to clothes etc. using 1M divided pressure rollers that rotate according to the thickness of the clothes, the dewatering efficiency is extremely high. Further, the smell of the solvent does not remain on clothes, etc., and the surrounding environment does not deteriorate.
